Reaching

I reached out to a friend yesterday for support. She has told me before that she's "got my back" and "I'm here for you man" but I couldn't bring myself to take her kindness, caring and support.

I have now.

I took a really big risk and and told her that I hurt myself, burning and cutting. I asked her if I could call her when I feel like hurting myself. She said yes, day or night.
